Inclusive leadership for innovation

”Inclusive Leadership for Innovation” will be an energetic and engaging session with very special guest speakers, Katarina Matson and Liz Rider.

Katarina and Liz have many years of senior experience working in Diversity and Inclusion, Culture and Communications. They are now spreading their passion for inclusive, human centric leadership.

You will learn:

1) Diversity alone is not the answer.

2) The benefits of inclusive teams for innovation.

3) How to recognise and challenge common bias.

This event will also feature a thought-provoking exercise. This will be a very interactive event and is also a great opportunity to network with peers. Move to Gothenburg will also provide an update on our services.
