The Emergency Information from Swedish authorities (Krisinformation)
The Emergency Information from Swedish authorities, Krisinformation.se, is a key site which gathers official information. On their website you can learn more about the EU’s Temporary Protection Directive, who it applies to, how to apply and what it entitles you to. The site also has information on the help you can receive with arranging accommodation, financial support that is available, and you and family’s rights to schools/preschools and healthcare in Sweden.
Help Ukraine Gothenburg (HUG)
This is a humanitarian association that aims to help people affected by the war in Ukraine. It was started on 26 February 2022, and is run by Ukrainians in Gothenburg with the support of people in the Gothenburg area. It has a call centre and arranges infomation meetings in Ukrainian and other initiatives to support people affected by the war.
