When international talents choose to go for a new work position, they don’t only evaluate the position, the benefits, and the company culture. They also evaluate the location in which they will be living, and just up on the list, the possibility to work part-time remote. Mårten Westlund from Mottot presented and the group subsequently discussed aspects of the future of remote work, how destinations can act and how new types of work contracts put new demands on corporate culture activities. The breakout rooms also focused on the challenges facing employers today.
