Part of the working group “Attract, integrate and retain talent”

Move to Gothenburg is a member of the Working Group “Attract, integrate and retain talent” within the Swedish Government’s collaboration program. In the working group, we discuss and work on solutions to meet the needs of international talent and the employers that need to recruit them.

Representatives from various regions, companies, authorities and other organisations make up the members which ensures that the group has a breadth of knowledge and insights. Within the program we, together with Teknikföretagen, are leading the work with proposing a national coordination of talent attraction and retention, and highlighting the importance of a national strategy and investment in making Sweden a great career destination.

On 23 February 2022, the report, written by the external consultancy company Future Place Leadership, was presented and released.
